This is why you aren´t where you want to be.

A lot of times we can feel off track, behind or just lazy when don´t get everything done on our To-Do lists. Well this is how I feel sometimes at least! In this video I talk about how I overcome this through changing my perspective on life, and learning to let go as much as possible and trust in the universe and God. I believe it can be a much more peaceful existence when you subscribe to the belief that there is a higher power watching over, helping us along the way and conspire for us. Sometimes we do not accomplish or acquire the things we want in the time we desire because perhaps that is not the way God intended. The best we can do, is do our best, adopt positive self talk and connect to life and love with prayer. Ask for guidance, support and help with what you need and remember that you are loved and will always be guided and given exactly what you are ready to receive at that time.

Subliminal Affirmations for Abundance & Flow.

Enjoy some of my subliminal affirmation meditations. I specializes in helping people heal from trauma, and reprogram the mind from limiting beliefs. My favorite way to do this is by accessing the subconscious mind and meditating on positive new beliefs. Usually when we try to do positive affirmations, our conscious mind can easily reject them if we don´t believe them as true for us. When we go into hypnosis states and deep meditation, the conscious mind is out of the way and we can easily suggest new ideas for our subconscious mind to start believing and soon manifesting into our reality! Self-love is important as most of us know but how do we exactly do it? And how can loving yourself open you up to attracting better job opportunities, love and more positive experiences in life? In this video, I talk about the importances of your physical appearance and my favorite ways to stay looking fresh and feeling good. Self-love can be practiced a variety of different ways. In this video, I highlight specifically how simply showering, smelling good and putting on nice clothes or jewelry not only makes you feel great but other people will notice too. On the flip side, when there is a lack of care in the physical appearance, people are repelled physically or unconsciously and things kind of stay stagnant. Putting effort into liking the way you look and helping yourself FEEL good is an act of self love!! Doing things with intention that bring us joy and happiness is a beautiful and simple way to say ¨I love you¨ to yourself.
